Hi, I'm Jess!
I'm a three-time Olympian, Olympic silver medalist, NCAA champion, and former Team USA diver.
For more than 15 years, I competed at the highest levels of sport, representing Team USA around the world and ultimately standing on the Olympic podium.
But my journey wasn't always easy.
I wasn't the most talented athlete when I started. I faced setbacks, disappointments, injuries, fear, self-doubt, and countless moments where I questioned whether I was good enough.
What helped me continue moving forward wasn't perfection, it was learning how to develop resilience, confidence, healthy habits, and a mindset focused on growth.
I was also fortunate to be raised by incredible parents who are both elite level coaches. My mom coached me until I was 14 years old, and my dad is an Olympic swim coach. Together, they created an environment that challenged me to pursue excellence while always remembering that my worth was never tied to my results.
Today, my goal is to help athletes and families navigate the athletic journey with confidence, perspective, and purpose.
Through mentorship, I share the lessons I've learned throughout my Olympic career so athletes can grow not only as competitors, but as people.
Because success in sport isn't just about winning, it's about becoming the person you're capable of becoming along the way.
