Hi, I'm Jess!

I'm a three-time Olympian, Olympic silver medalist, NCAA champion, and former Team USA diver.

For more than 15 years, I competed at the highest level of sport, representing Team USA around the world and ultimately standing on the Olympic podium.

I grew up in New Hampshire and began diving at a young age under the guidance of my mom, Amy, who was also my first coach. At 14, I moved to Indianapolis to train full-time at the USA Diving National Training Center and transitioned to homeschooling to accommodate the demands of elite training. From an early age, sport taught me independence, discipline, sacrifice, and the value of fully committing to a goal.

My career was shaped by both success and adversity. I experienced injuries, setbacks, pressure, disappointing performances, and self-doubt. Through those experiences, I learned that sustained success is built on resilience, self-awareness, consistency, and the ability to grow through challenges.

I was also fortunate to be raised by incredible parents who are both elite level coaches. My mom, Amy, coached me until I was 14, and my dad, Mike, is an Olympic swim coach. Their experience in high-level sport shaped the way they supported my journey, challenging me to pursue excellence while ensuring my identity and self-worth were never defined by my results. Their approach shaped not only the athlete I became, but also my perspective on what a healthy and sustainable athletic journey can look like.

Today, my goal is to help athletes and families navigate the athletic journey with confidence, perspective, and purpose. I hope to provide the guidance and support that allows athletes to pursue their potential while developing the resilience, independence, and self-belief that will serve them far beyond sport.
