Welcome to Parratto Performance LLC (“Parratto Performance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern participation in mentorship sessions, programs, packages, and related services provided by Parratto Performance. By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in a Parratto Performance service, the participant—or the participant’s parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18—acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Mentorship Services

Parratto Performance provides individualized athlete mentorship and parent education based on the professional and athletic experience of Jess Parratto. Mentorship may address topics including goal setting, confidence, mindset, competition preparation, performance habits, communication, leadership, resilience, recovery, navigating setbacks, collegiate athletics, elite sport, and personal development. Services may include individual sessions, multi-session mentorship packages, parent education sessions, educational resources, exercises, reflection assignments, and other materials provided throughout the mentorship relationship. The specific topics discussed will vary based on the participant’s goals, age, experience, circumstances, and needs.

Mentorship Is Not Professional Medical or Mental Health Care

Parratto Performance provides mentorship and educational services and does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, mental-health counseling, physical therapy, sports medicine, dietetic services, legal advice, or other licensed professional services. Information regarding performance, mindset, nutrition, fueling, recovery, injury, or wellness is provided for general educational purposes only and should not replace individualized guidance from an appropriately qualified professional. Participants should consult an appropriate physician, registered dietitian, mental-health professional, athletic trainer, physical therapist, or other qualified professional when circumstances warrant.

No Guarantee of Results

Every athlete’s journey and development are unique. Parratto Performance provides mentorship, guidance, and tools to support athletes in pursuing their individual goals; however, specific athletic, competitive, collegiate, professional, or personal outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Jess Parratto may draw on her own athletic experiences and accomplishments to provide perspective and guidance, with the goal of supporting each athlete in reaching their own potential.

Role of the Athlete’s Coach

Parratto Performance mentorship is intended to complement—not replace—the athlete’s existing coaching relationship. Parratto Performance does not serve as the participant’s diving coach and does not assume responsibility for technical coaching, training plans, dive selection, physical preparation, competition entries, or decisions ordinarily made by an athlete and their coaching staff. Athletes should continue to follow the guidance of their coaches and appropriate qualified professionals regarding training and competition.

Athlete Responsibility

Mentorship is a collaborative process. Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, preparation, communication, and implementation of information discussed during mentorship. Participants are encouraged to arrive prepared, communicate honestly, complete agreed-upon exercises or reflection work, and take an active role in their development. The effectiveness of mentorship depends in part on the participant’s engagement and consistency.

Minors and Parent/Guardian Consent

Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in Parratto Performance mentorship. The parent or guardian is responsible for purchasing services, accepting these Terms & Conditions, and providing accurate contact and emergency information when requested. Parratto Performance is committed to maintaining appropriate professional boundaries when communicating with minor athletes. Parents or guardians may be included in communications or updates when appropriate, particularly regarding scheduling, payment, safety, or significant concerns. At the same time, productive mentorship may require an appropriate degree of privacy so an athlete can communicate openly. Parratto Performance will use reasonable professional judgment when balancing athlete privacy with parental involvement and athlete safety.

Safety and Welfare

The safety and well-being of participants is a priority. Parratto Performance reserves the right to contact a parent or guardian, appropriate professional, emergency service, or other appropriate party if information shared during mentorship creates a reasonable concern regarding the immediate safety or welfare of a participant or another person. Mentorship should not be used as an emergency or crisis service.

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through the designated Parratto Performance scheduling platform and are subject to availability. Participants are responsible for scheduling sessions included in their purchased package. Purchasing a package does not guarantee availability on a particular date or at a particular time. Participants should schedule sessions sufficiently in advance, particularly around major competitions or other important events.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Parratto Performance understands that schedules can change. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session, except at the discretion of Parratto Performance. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session. If Parratto Performance needs to reschedule a session, the participant will be offered an alternative appointment and will not lose the session.

Fees and Payment

Payment is required according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Current services may include individual sessions and multi-session mentorship packages. Prices, package structures, and program offerings may be modified for future purchases at the discretion of Parratto Performance. Any pricing change will not alter the number of sessions already purchased under an existing package. Applicable payment-processing fees, taxes, or other charges will be disclosed where required.

Mentorship Packages

Multi-session packages provide access to the number of sessions specified at the time of purchase. Sessions may be scheduled based on the participant’s individual needs and Parratto Performance availability rather than being required on a fixed weekly or biweekly schedule, unless otherwise agreed. Package sessions may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from Parratto Performance.

Refunds

Because mentorship involves reserving availability and preparing individualized services and materials, completed sessions are non-refundable. For unused sessions within a package, refund eligibility will be determined according to the refund policy disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Parratto Performance reserves the right to discontinue a mentorship relationship when appropriate. If Parratto Performance terminates a package without cause attributable to the participant, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded or otherwise addressed as required by applicable law. Before publishing, I would have an attorney specifically review this section rather than using an overly broad “all sales final/no refunds under any circumstances” provision.

Communication Between Sessions

Depending on the service purchased, Parratto Performance may provide reasonable communication between scheduled sessions for follow-up, scheduling, accountability, or clarification. Unless specifically included in a program or package, mentorship purchases do not include unlimited access to Jess Parratto by text message, email, direct message, or other communication channels. Questions requiring substantial discussion may be addressed during the participant’s next scheduled session.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Parratto Performance respects the privacy of participants and will make reasonable efforts to keep personal information and mentorship discussions private. However, mentorship is not a legally privileged relationship comparable to communications with an attorney, physician, or licensed mental-health professional. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to address safety concerns, comply with applicable law, protect legal rights, administer the mentorship relationship, or as otherwise permitted by the participant or their parent/guardian.

Recording of Sessions

Participants may not record, reproduce, livestream, distribute, or publicly share mentorship sessions without prior written permission from Parratto Performance. Likewise, Parratto Performance will not publicly share identifiable recordings of mentorship sessions without appropriate permission.

Testimonials, Photos, and Athlete Information

Participation in Parratto Performance does not automatically grant Parratto Performance permission to use a participant’s name, photograph, image, likeness, testimonial, competition results, or mentorship experience for marketing purposes. Separate permission will be obtained before identifiable participant information is used publicly. If testimonials are used, they should reflect the participant’s genuine experience and should not imply guaranteed or typical results that cannot be substantiated. FTC guidance requires advertising claims to be truthful and not misleading and imposes specific requirements concerning reviews and testimonials.

Intellectual Property

All Parratto Performance materials—including worksheets, exercises, guides, templates, presentations, written materials, program frameworks, graphics, and other original resources—are owned by Parratto Performance LLC unless otherwise stated. Participants may use materials provided to them for their own personal development. Materials may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, published, uploaded, taught commercially, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Respectful Conduct

Parratto Performance is committed to creating a professional, respectful, and supportive mentorship environment. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, inappropriate communication, abuse, or conduct that compromises the safety or integrity of the mentorship relationship will not be tolerated. Parratto Performance reserves the right to end a mentorship relationship when continued participation is inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with these standards.

Technology and Virtual Sessions

Most mentorship sessions may be conducted virtually using third-party scheduling, payment, video conferencing, email, or communication platforms. Participants acknowledge that internet-based communication may occasionally be affected by technical difficulties, service interruptions, or privacy risks outside the reasonable control of Parratto Performance. If significant technical difficulties prevent a session from being completed, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or complete the remaining session time.

Limitation of Services and Liability

Participants remain responsible for their own training, competition, health, safety, and personal decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parratto Performance LLC and its owner shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from participation in mentorship services or reliance on educational information provided through the program. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Changes to These Terms

Parratto Performance may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, policies, business practices, or applicable requirements. The version in effect at the time of a purchase will govern that purchase unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
